The Suburbia

The brief was a modern city living with a touch of industrial styling. White Knights Holdings brought the owners vision to life through design input, demolition of existing dwelling, sub-division of land & closely incorporating the client’s wish list.

This modern city house stood out through the 8.0 meter void over the main living area, steel door to study, and use of darker features throughout, while still maintaining softness through natural lighting and use of light-filtering glass. Numerous facade elements create the industrial feel from Timber Cedar, face brick and texture rendering.

Upon any of the guarantees becoming void will result in all guarantees immediately void. Variations or change of scope will void all guarantees.
