*Terms & Conditions: The guarantees will become active upon head contract exchange between parties & will end once practical completion has been issued. Fixed Price, Time & Quality Guarantee will become void upon triggering the following but not limited to the following: Any alterations to the project brief, documentations, clients requests/variations, force majeure, change of specification on material selection, delay in delivery times on materials supplied by client, inclement weather allowance being exhausted or latent conditions/unforeseen items being found, alterations on level of finishes, delivery of materials that were unknown to be damaged during transit, manufactures fabrication methods, discoloration or rusting due to weathering or fabrication of materials. Upon any of the guarantees becoming void will result in all guarantees immediately void. Variations or change of scope will void all guarantees.
